Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, subject to the legal exceptions.<\/p>\n

How do I request a return?<\/h2>\n

Within that period, send a clear statement to sales@casadelasmaravillas.be<\/a>. Include your order number, name and contact details. We will then provide you with return instructions. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.<\/p>\n

Return postage is paid by the customer, except when the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, or when an error is attributable to us.<\/p>\n

Return conditions<\/h2>\n

Products must be unused and, where applicable, sealed and returned in their original packaging. For cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery or whose seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for hygiene or health-protection reasons where permitted by law.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

For a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received in accordance with applicable law. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method unless we agree otherwise.<\/p>\n
