2. What data do we process?

Depending on your contact with us, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, order and payment details, customer-service messages and technical information about your use of the website.

3. Why and on what basis?

• Orders, payment and delivery: to fulfil your order, communicate about it and deliver it. The legal basis is performance of the contract and, where necessary, a legal obligation.
• Customer service: to handle questions, returns and complaints. The legal basis is performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in helping customers properly.
• Administration and accounting: to comply with our legal obligations.
• Newsletters: only when you subscribe or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
• Cookies: necessary cookies are required for the website to function. We only use non-essential cookies after you have given your consent. See our cookie policy.

4. Who do we share data with?

We share data only when necessary with service providers that help operate the website and fulfil orders, such as hosting and IT providers, payment providers, email providers, accounting providers and the carrier Mondial Relay. They may use your data only to provide services to us or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention periods

We do not retain data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer statutory retention period applies. Order and invoice details may therefore be retained for as long as required for our accounting, tax and legal obligations. We retain customer-service information for as long as necessary to deal with your request and enable any follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
